: A lovely little place in the near of Castiglione de la Pescaia. Serena and her husband are great and lovely hosts and although they do only speak Italian the communication was always great - with a lot of gestures and pictures :) The pool is a lovely space and the breakfast unbelievable good. We even received prosecco at the pool :)

: Charming, exceptionally welcoming and helpful host. Beautiful peaceful position with a superb pool but also conveniently close to Castiglione della Pescaia. Great to have our own private balcony and everything was immaculately clean.
: Our room could have been a bit bigger but we did have a big covered balcony

: Great view, great staff, easy parking. Road to hotel was marginal, but expected for a farm road. There were horses, cattle and a donkeys in the field below.
: They put us in a room just next the dining room and on a Saturday night it was busy and noisy until after midnight. The next two nights were mostly quiet. The cleaning staff was good, but they did not get behind furniture.

: The property was beautiful, the hosts very sweet and the breakfast excellent.
: No WiFi in the room, you have to sit by the pool to get WiFi. The bathroom was tiny.
