Very Good

Traveller Type: family with young children
: Sandra was very helpful, I loved that fact she answered any questions promptly and friendly. She gave us details of the area, which is worth spending a bit of time around. Sandra went out her way to find parking for our campervan. Would definitely stay in one of her apartments again.
: No instruction on the washing machine (even though it was quite simple to work out) being bit by insects when sitting out in the yard. Can't really think of anything major. Would of liked another easy chair.

Good

2019-06-23

Traveller Type: family with young children
: The location is convenient to stores and public transportation
: Mattress were thin; no top sheets, duvets not clean. Had to walk 2-3 blocks to try to hail a cab - really inconvenient especially since my mobility was limited.

Pleasant

2019-10-17

Traveller Type: family with young children
: was nice to have the breakfast package but we only used some as we had brought our own apartment was very clean and spacious
: the mattresses are well overdue a change. Was disappointed in terrace, so much more could have been made of it by tending the flowers (as per advertised picture, geraniums hardly even need much looking after....but plastic flowers? really) the room directly inside the entrance door is where the sofa bed is, if anyone is going to use this you should know its quite noisy as its directly on footpath,....passers by, rental bike lock up and then garbage collection. but the neighbourhood is quiet and safe, only 5 minute walk to Clot station and liely little quaint street to the left as you exit apartment, some nice little shops restaurants , but 15min walk to Sagrada so perhaps not ideal location for everyone.
