  : The location is great.
  : The photos online and the reality of the apartment was a mismatch. Dark, cheap furniture and the walls and wallpaper need a paint. It's very dark due to the apartment being an interior one. Very noisy as you can hear the people moving in the apartment above you. Glad I only booked one night. If we were staying for a week I would have been very upset as this apartment is not cosy or a place to be in. Only recommend it if you're using it as a base to see Barcelona and you will hardly be in the apartment..

  : Location was excellent, close to train, hop on hop off bus, restaurants. Luggage storage room was available prior to 3 pm check-in time.
  : On arrival there was no one to greet us, no reception, only an intercom to let us in. We then had to navigate a check-in machine to get keys. We were planning on shipping luggage to Paris to lighten our luggage load so we could use trains for travel. As there was no reception, courier could not pick up luggage if we were not there, We had a tight schedule in the morning, and had to taxi luggage to the DHL depot for shipping which created a lot of stress on a tight schedule. Would have been nice to have a real person greet us and hand over keys. Building is old, stairs could be difficult for some, but there is a small elevator which helps with luggage transport. Biggest complaint, was no reception, watched as others complained too as they tried to navigate the check-in machine.

  : We had to use a machine to access the key card. Apartment very central to La Rambla and metro. There was no access to the balcony on the top with the pool. Apartment had all we needed for a couple of days. Kitchenette was handy.

  : The rooms were clean and they even included a kitchen towel for the kitchen. And the let us stow our luggage away when we returned for the last day of our trip
  : Not soundproof and one of the air-conditioning units did not have a remote control

  : The machine that was at the front desk used for payment and key reception is slow and not as much as responsive. In addition, it is not user friendly to operate.
