  : The apartment is located in the center town and next to subway. The rooo is very clean and confortable.
  : It could be a little noisy during the night because the appartement is not soundproof enough to hear outside and neighborhood.

  : - there was renovation work on the facade so we could not use the balcony. - the bedroom has practically no natural light.- some amenities were missing or insufficient (like shampoo, towels etc.)

  : Big apartment, airy and spacious. Living room has some of the specific Spanish design characteristics that are giving flavour to the apartment. Well equiped and clean kitchen area.Easy access to Catalunya Square and Rambla by foot and also to subway network.Bigger bedroom is nice and includes a spacy closet.
  : Building entrance and stairs are dark and narrow. Elevator is small and often out of order. Outside works on the building facade prevented us from seeing the sunlight along our stay and exposed us to the early working timings and workers presence at the windows.The small bedroom is more like a dark closet with direct access to elevator area through a wooden door/ pane, therefore the specific noise is constant. Bathroom is ok but lacking necessary supplies( no shampoo, shower gel, etc) while bathtub needs some urgent repairs due to rust stains. Appartment walls need a refresh painting and some additional care would definitely upgrade the ratings.We were charged 30 eur for late check in (we landed at 21:00) while the return of our 200 eur damage deposit took longer than the expected 2-3 days and was the result of several reminders from our side.
