  : We had a very bad experience this hotel. No staff. Hotel room was very small. The day we went to the hotel. We useing door bell to open the door. But no body there. We have 11 years child with us 9 o'clock at night. After long standing out side one of gust going out. Then we went inside. Then we asked people's about the hotel. Then they said ring on hotel phone number. We did. But no body ans. After we found wifi to collect phone. Then i gave call on WhatsApp number. Then girl ans phone. Then she told us which room is our. Then we went to the room. After that we want to go out for quick dinner. But we have no keys get back in hotel. Because there no stuff atall. Anyway time is getting late. I give WhatsApp number call again. And girl came with keys 30 minutes later. Next day morning. Pound no staff to ask any information. Room didnt clean. Even we put sign to make up the room. No towels. So much more to say. I dont recommend this hotel atall. Very bad service and quality. Stilling people's money. Very bad.

  : The location was very good, a lot of options for transportation, calm and safe enviroment. The staff was very polite and tried to help us in every way possible.

  : -Very well located in a nice not-too touristic neighborhood, close to a couple of metro stations. -The system with the key and entry code for the room worked well.
  : -I noticed a strange smell in the room that was quite strong, I never could tell what it was, I hope it's the cleaning products they use. -It's a busy neighborhood, you can get woken up by noise from the street. -The housekeeper suddenly asked for the tourist tax. They could have sent me a message in advance because I was in a bit of a hurry.

  : I liked the location, the clean room and the lady working there (Sarah I think) was always nice and could give us and tell us everything we needed. All in all good experience, but maybe a bit pricy.
  : The internet in our room was awful. We had access to the internet from the place we ate, and sometimes in the room.
