  : Put in room on street with loud construction outside window -$50 charge to change rooms. New room toilet didnt work - had to wait till next day to get it fixed. No towels or soap. Internet issue.No understanding from management.

  : The location is excellent - just a few blocks from Sagrada Familia. However, the access was from an alley. We paid extra for a room with a balcony. The pictures depicted the balcony differently than the reality. The balcony did not have a pleasant view - or much of a view at all. Flor was at Reception when we checked in - she was very friendly and helpful - as well as being very efficient at managing 3 check ins from our party at one time. We arrived early - she was kind enough to let us store our bags in the one room that was ready while we explored the beautiful city. She always seemed to have a smile on her face and made us feel at home. We had breakfast one day while we were there and it was a very pleasant experience. Nice setting with lots of choices. Well worth the price. The young woman who was the breakfast attendant was always smiling, friendly and pleasant. It was a nice way to start the day.
  : I understand that we were paying for the location, but for the price, we felt that the room could have been a little bigger and decorated a little nicer. Also, the pictures online, particularly of the balcony, were not quite the way the hotel looked in person.

  : The staff, location and the cleanliness are what we liked best. The staff is exceptional. My husband and I needed to buy another suitcase and the man behind the desk was wonderful. He got out the map and we were able to find the store easily. The property was clean and The breakfast in the morning was great!
  : The mattress was so uncomfortable. Or maybe old. Idk what was wrong with it. I have done a lot of international travel in different countries and this was one of my least comfortable beds.
