  : Breakfast was good. Room was small and had no window to outside. There was a very small interior space that allowed some filtered natural light but it was from 3 stories aboce
  : Room without a view outside. AC couldnt keep up with moderate temps.

  : On the first day, the reception lady was kind.
  : The next day, the man who receive our call was irresponsible. After we check out, we found we left all the shampoo, facial cleanser, hair conditioner and body lotion in the bath room. They are all new and the whole set was for this trip and we need to use for the rest of our journey. So, we call immediately to the hotel and ask the hotel to keep them for us. The man who answered phone knew exactly what happened but didnt do anything and give us no reply. We have to send messages but still got no answer. The next day, I have to call again, the same guy answered phone. I found out that he didnt ask the cleaner on the day we checked out. I insisted him to check with the cleaner lady to see if we could take back our belongings. Unfortunately, he sent us the message that the cleaner had thrown them away. They are all new and the whole set of the stuff is useful to us. Why there is no one contact us when we leave? Why no staff check it for us when we call to the hotel just a few hours after we check out? Why there is no reply to our messages?

  : Liked the quaint building, the breakfast and wine. The staff were very nice when available. Not crowded and quiet. Hotel set up taxi service to and from.
  : Bedding wasnt changed during the week or bathroom towels. Tissues in room. Locks on the door should be updated even though they offer somewhat of a antique charm. Responses from staff through booking.com is very slow. Lack of staff in evening hours although you could call a phone number but is inconvenient to access when our cell service was not working in Spain. Room (bathroom especially) too small so would upgrade or stay somewhere else.

  : Property was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside area was perfect for our group to relax in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and a good selection. Felt very safe and comfortable.
  : Bathroom area was open - prefer a bit more privacy - this is a personal preference. Probably just missed it in the pictures. No lighting outside.

  : The room lacks space for our suitcases. But we were there for 6 nights.

  : Great location with many restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was sweet and personable. The breakfast was simple, but good. It was refreshed regularly in the morning. Coffee was via a Nespresso and easy to make. They had a beautiful terrace, which was accessible 24/7; however, due to city regulations, not lit at night. They had filtered water dispensers in both buildings, which was nice.
  : Shower was a small. The hotel is expanding, so our room was actually the building next to breakfast and the terrace. If you stay, would recommend to ask to be in the main building. It was mildly inconvenient to get dressed and go out for breakfast. They also don't stock the Nespresso pods in that building as often. The particular room we stayed in was cozy, but dark. The lighting was dim and the windows were difficult to open (if they did, I couldnt figure it out), which made it hard to do do your make up. The room was old and could use renovations. The walls are thin, so you are able to hear a lot of what is happening in the next room.

  : Our stay was short and the room was a good size.
  : We did expect to be in the main building with easy access to lounge, outdoor area and tea coffee facilities however we were in the next-door building not so good. We left early and was given breakfast to go. Oh my not what I expected.
