  : 100% not match with website image, room has very strong decoration smell, feels not comfortable.Also they provide a room in base floor without elevator, very hard to move in/out.Some facility are broken, looks weird. Service for inquiry just by chance. Poor choice!

  : Old and damaged furniture, one of the window blind was broken. Not even salt nor oil in the kitchen. The entrance couldnt be locked when we were leaving. We called many times and spoke to somebody who didnt helped us and turned off the line at a certain point. We wrote an email but no answer

  : There are many reviews about how hard it is to checkin. This is true. Knowing the reviews I asked he property in advance for instructions to which they replied just call this number. What is in the official instructions is that there is a check in machine. When we arrived there was already one family waiting at the locked reception door for AN HOUR! The provided phone number did not answer. The doors to the checking machine were locked. Upon contact with booking rep they managed to obtain another phone number which answered and provided the code to the locked door. We could use the checkin machine which just receives the payment but further steps to receive the key and find the property had to be arranged over the phone. Dear property. Please answer and explain because this is giving me no rest. Why don't you provide a correct phone number in the information and the pin number to get to the checking machine. Why people have to wait for hours and call booking reps to escalate. This makes no sense to me. The other family canceled because their rep could not arrange the right phone number. This makes no sense to me. I am looking for some sense in this world. Please respond.
