: I liked the location, the kitchen is very nice and it is spacious. Some things needs to be fixed.
: The forniture are older than it look in the pictures. I did not like the way of treating the clients from the stuff. You have to pay in advance and than when you go there you have to pay 500 euro more as a security deposit. They will give you the money back if you dont make any damage in the apartment. I think there is an agency who manage this apartment and the manager called Ines was very rude to me. This is the reason why I gave 1 point less for the review. I would like to thank the other lady who came to give me the keys bcs they said that I have to go 3 km from the apartment to take the keys. I was in front of the apartment at 18:00 and they close the office at this time.

: Nothing to like about this property. Avoid it. There are plenty of other properties in BCN
: First, not listed in booking.com at the time of reservation, we were asked to pay 100 euros because we collected our keys after business close. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. No coffee. Hot water wasn't there. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed. $163 was charged as cleaning fee at the time of booking, but yet we were asked to take out the trash when we left and keep the apartment clean. BCN apartment rentals were not hospitable or apologetic for not disclosing all this at booking time. Lots of hidden fees/charges. I hold BCN accountable for hosting an apartment and a renter like this.
