  : 1. The hosts show their concern on the questions from tenant. Ex: (a) they came over next morning to check the problem we reported in the late night previous day; (b) they tried to be as flexible as possible to meet our wish. 2. The location is very good: (a) nearby metro station & big train station (Barcelona-Sants); (b) you would feel safe walking within the area. 3. The facility is complete: you would find everything you need during the stay. The functions are OK to be used though it may not as efficient as newly bought, it depends on the user when considering the offered rent price.
  : 1. Since the apartment is located in a rather old building, you may hear some general living noise from the neighbors. It can be a concern for a light sleeper. But of course it is the nature of old building that can not be solved by the host.

  : Loved the neighbourhood. Nice personal service from the owners. Lots of facilities to make your stay comfy. Nearby supermarkets, bars, shops.

  : The apartment was as described, clean and nicely located for the metro(6-7mins walk). There is also a Carrefour (2 mins walk), a Lidl (4 mins walk) and other local supermarkets for groceries. Lots of local restaurants within short walking distance from the apartment.The housekeeper met us on arrival to let us in and explained the facilities. The beds were very comfortable and we slept excellently (one soft and the other orthopaedic/hard - both suitable for different preferences). There were toys and books for kids though mostly suitable for under fives/toddlers. The host provided linen, toiletries and a welcome basket of cakes, crisps and chocolate in addition to coffee and milk. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it. Communication with the host from the moment we booked the apartment till when we left was excellent. We got responses to our queries promptly and Jordi provided top tips information about attractions and restaurants.Overall a good apartment to stay in and would definitely recomnend for families.
  : The lift was tiny and could accomodate 4 people only. Nothing to do with the host or apartment but this was tricky with lots of luggage. However, there was the stairs as an alternative.

  : Location not too far from metro and train station. Owners gave clear direction on how to get to the apartment from train station. Supermarkets are just across the road of the apartment. Ideal for family with children or travellers who prefer to do simple cooking. Kitchen was well equiped and all appliances were in good working condition.
  : We were not sure how to get into the building when we arrived. Lucky someone came out and the gate was opened. As we were new to Barcelona, we were not familiar with the local building floor system. We were told 2nd floor, so we walked up 2 storey and knocked at the wrong door. In fact, it should be 3 storey up. In our country, 2nd floor is just 2 storey up. May we suggest the owners to give more specific instruction on how to get into the building to collect the key. Maybe can put some unique thing on the door for easy identification.

  : So the host was very very friendly, accepted us in the middle of the night and didn't save any tips and recommendations at 2am. Apartment does meet the description, no surprises.
  : The apartment isn't new and wear and tear is visible here and there: from squeaking floor tiles next to the bath to odd smell near the sofa. Not that we had a plan to party but you even have to speak in low volume after 10pm (at least in one room) in this appt building due to inadequate acoustic insulation between the apartments - and this is a nag. We also had dirt in the form of nail clips in the toilets. About location - it's not bad, but could be better in Barcelona. Be sure not to buy the hop-on hop-off bug tickets as at least for us the 2 lines of it are not useful unless you wanna spend 1 hour each day on the same route/stations before you drop in the center of Barcelona (or take 1 day and use the tickets well). After staying in other hotels/apartments in this trip this apartment was a disappointment overall, despite the very friendly host.
