  : Hi, hope all is well. My name is Shresht Jaishankar. I stayed in room 17 of Hotel Denit from 14-17 June. I wanted to first highlight that all staff was very friendly and made us feel warm and welcome. However, I do want to lodge a complaint about the room. The AC was dripping heavily, down on the mirrors and onto the floor, to the point that we needed to use our big towels on the floor to soak up the moisture. The shower room also has no door, so there was water across the washroom every time we showered which is a poor design, and left the washroom floor always very damp as well after we showered. So on the first evening there was no one to come and repair the AC, so we were offered fresh towels as a temporary measure. We basically had to walk from wet washroom, to wet floors and the room is extremely tiny so there was no space to change - to the point we had to change and get ready while sitting on the bed.When we returned late into the night the fresh towels weren’t there so I had to go back to the reception to request and take them myself. The sound of the AC dripping onto the mirror was still loud and bothered us the night, and in the morning we had used up all the towels to soak up the moisture, leaving a bad smell as wet towels were on the floor / hanging above our bed to dry.Again - staff were very friendly and nice but this did impact our experience a little bit.

  : Great location, just a couple of hundred meters from the airport bus stop but still in a quiet alley. Easy distance to all the hustle and bustle of the gothic neighborhood and La Rambla. Shower was exceptional.

  : The Location and the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly
  : Small rooms, no fridge in room, and PRICE. The shower was what I unaffectionately refer to as a “Super-soaker”. Due to only having a shorter glass barrier, there is almost no way to not get the floor wet and if you turn the shower on full it absolutely soaked the floor.
