  : It was very clean and they changed the towels every day. The best feature was the location. It is near a metro station, inside the Gothic Quarter and at a walking distance from all the main tourist sites.

  : Location excellent, however it was nextdoor to the cathedral which rang its bells every quarter of an hour right through the night, The room was not double glazed so it was noisy anyway.
  : Room was basic, no facilities available and the wifi was not good in the room we had, although it was ok in other parts of the hotel. Staff were helpful. It was an easy walk to the metro and simple to get around the city. Being in the Gothic quarter there was plenty of little shops and restaurants in the back streets around the hotel.

  : The ladies at the reception during the day were very kind. They supply hairdryers if you ask them. We were able to leave our bags after our check out until 00.00 and the location is great.
  : The gentleman at the reception was very rude, he was there during the nights. He refused to speak English on the first night when we arrived there. He said "no English here"! Then I tried to use translator on my phone to Spanish, he even refused to read!! The area during the nights is very noisy, not hotel's fault but do consider. The Cathedral bells rang every hour during the night.
