Key Plaza Cataluña Bliss

Very Good
Traveller Type:
: the pick up location is quite far from the actual apartment. It is a 35 minute walk or 20 minute drive which is very impractical.

: the location and the price. the location was pretty Amazing, close to plaza Catalunya and the ramblas. a lot of good restaurants and Starbucks really close. the apartment was very big and fit to all of our family. there was a laundry machine which help us a lot.
: it was not that clean the hot water was only for short showers. every day we needed to wait for the hot water and even than it was not enough for everyone. the communication with the host was terrible. I tried to reach him because we needed a late check in and the office is closed at 18:00. and he kept declining my request for it. i had to close another hotel for not sleeping in the streets when i'll arrive with my kids. and 4 days before we arrived he contact me and told my that He can leave the key in a box at the apprtment. if he would told me it before I was not book another hotel and pay extra 600 Euros... the office is pretty far. you need to get a taxi to collect the keys... it not that comfortable...

Good
Traveller Type:
: Very spacious apartment, lots of private rooms. Very good location, walking distance from major streets and shops.
: One of the toilets weren't working 100%, and there was a mould problem, the bathrooms had a bad odour. Was a bit of a hassle collecting keys for the room and finding the room, as there was no one there to help you and the key collection reception desk was a 5 minute drive away.

Pleasant
