  : The hotel is under construction and it's hard to find anything that we liked. May be the reduced price for the rooms.
  : We booked a stay at the hotel, unaware at the time of reservation that it was undergoing construction, as this was not mentioned and our booking did not include a free cancellation option. Having had positive experiences with Novotel hotels globally, we assumed that the renovation impact would be minimal if the hotel remained operational. Unfortunately, this assumption proved incorrect. The hotel is currently experiencing extensive construction both inside and outside the premises. Consequently, construction noise begins at 8am daily. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to highways means that, in addition to construction disturbances during the day, nighttime brings continuous traffic noise. Regarding the amenities, we found the breakfast offerings to be basic. Additionally, there was an instance where the reception staff were discourteous, which seemed to stem from being overloaded with work. Based on our experience, it feels that this property does not align with the standards we've come to expect from Novotel. We suggest that rebranding it as an Ibis might be more reflective of the current experience provided
