  : Proximity to Park Guell. Bus stop in front of house that takes you to main attractions.
  : The loud neighbours due to THIN WALLS. TV no signal (what's the point)? Pretty much nothing in the area-only couple of restaurants. Apartment is bare, 1 roll of small toilet tissue for a family of 5 for 4 nights, 1 towel each. Small bottles of soap, insufficient, I had to go buy my own toilet paper and soap.

  : good views and easy to check in, very close to Park Guell, which was very nice to see, and there were little shops and markets all around, which was very convenient. Having rooftop access was great, and it had amazing views and it was nice to have some chairs and a table as well. Was provided with dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge.
  : There was a lack of utensils, the only cutting knife we had was a bread knife, and the amount of plates and bowls was average. The place was clean, however some of the sheets had stains. There was no towel in the kitchen to wipe hands or plates with, the induction hob was not the easiest to use. The walls were paper thin, we could hear people talking and snoring from both next door and downstairs. The radiators we had provided were missing wheels and the bathroom had mold on the walls. Also not as modern as the pictures may portray.

  : The bedrooms are at the back of the flat so as long as the upstairs neighbours are not too noisy one can have a very decent quiet night. The bus stops for 22,24 and v19 are close by.
  : Flat 1.1 below average. The flat is in need of attention, the furniture in the living room is not in a good state with cigarette holes and the artificial leather is so worn that it gets stuck to clothes. The room doesn't look like on the photos. The tv can only be used for netflix etc as there is no signal so television doesn't work. The flat supposed to be equipped to enable cooking/ meal preparation but it is impossible due to only 3 very small pots and one tiny pan with scratched teflon so we decided against using it. No corkcsrew, no basic/ essential kitchen utensils. There are also ants in the kitchen so do not leave any food on the worktop. The shower cubicle needs descaling as it doesnt look good. The towels seemed to be bleached regularly as they smell with basic bleach very strongly. Only the living room windows can be opened for some fresh air, all other windows open to the next door walls or a chair storage. The terrace is not attached to the flat it is 2 floors up, shared and doesn't look like on the photos( needs attention as the whole flat). First impression matters a lot and our first impression wasnt good hence the low rating.
