  : Location was great. Apartment facilities were generally good too.
  : The main door lock was difficult to open and close with the keys. Bed was also a little too soft.

  : The location is very good. The lift works well. The guy met us at the door when we arrive.
  : I was charged extra 146 euro for cleaning and tax besides the fees stated at Booking.com when I arrive. This extra charge is a surprise to me. The coffee capsules was not supplied even though there is a machine.

  : The best place in town, 20 meters from Plaza de Catalunya, yet quiet as the bedrooms go to an inner yard, Safe as there is a guard all the time.
  : The room may benefit from some more lamps and ventilation. No reception so you cannot leave the baggage if you have your flight in the evening. There is a public locker nearby, however. Beware, Google Maps maps the place to the owner's home address. Stick to the street address given here,

  : Great location. Airconditioning.
  : Check in was uncomfortable because the host couldnt speak one word in English. And we had to pay the tax in cash. Which wasnt clearly communicated to us beforehand.

  : - The location was prime, at the centre and everything was within 15 mins walking distance. This was the highlight. - The Apt was clean and looked good. Amazing for a short stay. - Spacious living and would definitely stay again. - Air conditioning was good, sometimes these places they don't work well, but in those hot nights, this was perfect.
  : - Unfortunately the shower had a Leak. The guard to block the water was broken, so we had to put towels down to stop any water dripping. - We didn't have a direct line to collect the keys. I informed the apt via booking.com with lots of time. But when we arrived, I tried numerous times and we had to wait over 45mins to get the keys. The other issue was, the gentleman who came with the keys, his English was very bad. This didn't ruin the experience but it was an issue. - Had to pay the tax in cash, which means we had to leave the apt to get money. I think card payments should be collected before.

  : Pepi was a great host. The building and the view were exceptional and the location was great. The supermarket and restaurants were very handy. We wish we could have stayed longer.
  : Only a few little things; some milk and some coffee pods would have been nice.
