Penthouse with terrace in Rambla Catalunya -Centre

  : The apartment is perfectly situated in the city centre - it makes it easy to get to most places within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the terrace is big and with excellent view over the city.
  : The apartment did not live up to our expectations, and does not match the displayed pictures in full. In general the rooms are not as light as displayed. The interiour is not very well setup and most furniturs felt like "old left overs" from an older house and did not match what we have experienced from other stay-overs in this level. There are a lot of smaller things that are broken here and there and it all adds up to a negative experience, especially looking at the pricetag on the apartment. The kitchen is very poor equipped and does not have an oven installed either. We had to clean most glasses and dishes before taken into use the first time because of poor cleaning. The bathroom does not have any hangers for towels (small thing) so you have to dryclean them or hang them outside of the terrace.

  : Good location was a only good side. Other than that, nothing to complemt.
  : Dirty floor and dirty blanket. Lots of unnecesaary stuffs stocked by the owner made the room feel like a garage. Electric shut out in the middled of night. I texted and called to manager but no answer. When I left a mesaage thru Booking.com site, immediate reply but with lies. First, the floor was really dirty but answer was 'first to hear'. Second, we managed to find the main power room and fixed the shutout by ourselves after reswithing, howere the manager replied that she dispatched a electric guy and he did dusty work to fix it. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHE LIED.Basically almost no amenity. I had to buy toilet paper, ktchen towel, laundry detergent, shampoo, body gel... A 2 by 1 inch thin soap and 2 pair of miniature shampoo and body gel were all we got for 20 nights (4 people, 5 nights). Other than location, no good side... Worst part of my Spain trip...

  : If you check in after 8 PM they charge you 30 Euros though they have written it in the booking details. I reached at 0830 PM requested them to not charge me but... still charged.

  : Very centrally located and close to public transport which is wonderful. Theres a lift up to the apartment which is awesome because its on the 6th floor and that means that the view is EPIC!! The terrace and sitting room is lovely. Kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and laundry facilities.
  : The 2nd bedroom is quite small and doesnt have any windows to the outdoor. Also, the shower is tiny. But the pros far outweigh the cons.

  : The location of this apartment is fabulous. Every bus and train line runs to the main square which is a block away. Easy to walk to many of Barcelona's best sites. Good beds and nice shower. Fully equipped kitchen was nice. The terrace is a nice to have but needs an update. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
  : Apartment is large but the furnishings are tired.
