  : I was requested to pay deposit (even after full amount for rent was paid upfront), they sent me the links to pay deposit, i tried several times with different cards, but the payments did not go through. I asked them if i can pay at the place by card or cash, but they pushed me to pay and sent the same not working link several.times, later told me that i will not be able to enter apartment till deposit not paid. All this happened during my trip to Barcelona. Finally someone smart and willing to help from their office overtook the communication and solved the problem, but that was absolutely weird experience - when you are in the street with the luggage and they keep saying that you can not get into apt you paid for and booked.Apartment was nice, though had non comfortable table, there were sounds at night, the stairway not clean, all the rest quite good.

  : the listing was very misleading showing another flat with terrasse, which was not the one we ended up in.The flat was on ground floor, very dark with no ventilation and no isolation toward the street.Half of the sockets didnt work, and the bathroom didnt have locks.And to finish it the patio (not a terrasse) was filled with flies making it very uninviting.The customer service was extremely poor, not acknowledging the issue, failing to come to a satisfactory resolution
