  : If you can actually succeed in getting in, it is not bad inside the unit Seriously guys, you as owners should just use a metal key for everything. This is what other people do, and it works. The entire history of nonsense, partly told below, was aggravating and unnecessary. Yes there are geeks out there who like this sort of challenge. The rest of us don't need it, especially on a holiday
  : This place is protected like Fort Knox and I found it exceedingly hard to gain entry. In a parallel world, people actually use a metal key and that's it. It's real. But heck, if you can turn the whole gaining-access-adventure into a geek challenge, hell, why not? Never mind that for one reason or another your phone has died or your access to data on your phone is not working. Believe it or not, that does happen. So in this case to get in the door we had to make about 5 trips to the "office", going to which was a trip in itself. It exists in a nondescript multi-floor nearby building (No 237) There is a janitor who comes and goes. Luckily on the first visit, he was there. "Tendency?" he said, raising his eyebrows. "Floor One". Well, that's what it sounded like. So I went to Floor One. There were four doors, all closed and locked. None said "Tendency" - so back to the Janitor I must go. "Four - one" he now says, holding up first 4 fingers, then four.On level 4 there is a sombre door with a "1" on it, but no nameplate, nothing. But it does have a weird gizmo on the front of it instead of a normal handle. An occupant - X - answers the knock, and yes, "Tendency" is there. He says I must download an app - called "Stay at home" to get in. RIGHT... In a lengthy to and fro discussion, he also neglects to mention that the unit is actually not ready. So, head back I must, collect the luggage and bring it to the "office".Eventually the app is on my phone so back I go to no 247 to try again. The app does not work. But after a while someone comes out of the building, so I am at least able to nip through the door before it closes and - on this occasion - get through STAGE ONE of Fort Knox. It is not much help as the app then does not work at STAGE TWO - namely, getting into the lift. So back to the office I go and this time I insist that X come with me.

  : Amazing location, clean, great master bedroom, very nice building and elevator, safe
  : First time accessing the building and the unit extremely hard due to poorly written directions (English version). I had to call the 24 hr line three times (after a long trip), and the last call ended with the agent telling me that hell contact the owner and call me back, but he never did. We managed to figure out the multiple access codes. I had to contact the owner multiple times to get the WiFi code. Little items that make the guests feel welcomed were missing in the unit.
