  : Great location and friendly, helpul staff. Very quiet. Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant below. Access to a fridge was good and excellent shared tea/coffee/water access.
  : Difficult getting bags up the stairs - but hopefully the lift will be completed soon.

  : Great location. Close to the metro. Breakfast included with flexible breakfast arrangements possible. Many thanks to Sannie , staff from the bar Estudiante who was very patient in helping us with our breakfast arrangements as we had to leave the hotel early everyday during our stay to make it for the various tours we had booked. Sannie also helped us to book a taxi for early morning when we had to leave for the train station. His assistance went a long way to help us enjoy our stay and left a positive impression of the hotel.
  : When the taxi dropped us off the day we arrived, we were shocked to see the hotel door locked and a non-existent reception.! Peering in through the glass door, we saw bare cement floor, devoid of furniture and we worried that we had been scammed. Fortunately a couple who was staying there, saw us and told us to go round to the bar to be let into the hotel. The lift was not working and we had heavy luggage which had to be carried upstairs. Fortunately Gaston helped us when we checked in.

  : The breakfast was exceptional, the price was reasonable and the location was great.
  : The construction happening, caused our allergies to go haywire. The lack of air circulation and colder air conditioning was a drag. They did give us a fan.

  : The breakfast at the bar next door, which was included with our room, was delicious. The bed was comfortable. The location was so-so, although we were able to walk to most locations.
  : Parking was atrocious. The hotel would not provide the location of the parking until we checked in. There is no parking on the street, so we ended up parking elsewhere, more expensive. The reception at the hotel is not always open. You have to go to the bar next door for first entry into the hotel. The hotel is expensive, but in the same rates as Barcelona. However, it is not good value for money given the hassle with parking and getting into the hotel.

  : The location was perfect - close to transportation and sights yet not in the middle of the busiest areas. Room size was excellent and the staff kept it clean.
  : The "lobby" and elevator area is still being worked on, and we could hear noises from the street / restaurant since we were on the first floor. Neither of these were big problems for us.
