  : - For us the location was OK, we were most of the days on the beach, no other tourist visits.- The communication before and after the stay, we forgot some stuff and the helped us to recover it.- The bed was comfy (hard mattress) however for a couple is not, as they have 2 individual beds.- We didn't use the living room at the apartment 1, the one at apartment 2 is much better (better chairs, table and decoration).
  : - The huge unexpected deposit and the clean rules to follow before to leave the apartment. - It is missing some hangers for the towels. In the bathroom there is just space to hang one towel on the heater.- The communication with the staff once we were in the apartment. We just asked if it would be possible to have a bit more of toilet paper (we had 2 rolls per 4 people for 3 days). If you don't do this service, it's fine. However, you should answer even if it is a negative answer.

  : The property is in an amazing location in Barcelona, easily accessible from the airport and was a very convenient hub for our stay. Couldnt have asked for anything more location wise.
  : The double bed is two singles pushed together, and we have a dispute regarding our deposit. We were billed 100 euros for a blanket and a slightly damaged table top which we believed to be very excessive and we they they were just trying to make an easy buck. We asked for proof of receipts and they couldnt give it us. We also paid a 60 cleaning fee for them to clean the apartment when we left. This seems ridiculous as it was left by us in a nice state and Ive never known any other apartment do that it seems like they just try and make a bit extra on the side out of you.

  : The shower didn't drain well and the elevator made a bit of noise in the apartment.

  : The apartment is really nice, comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. Not too far from a metro station so traveling within the city is simple.
  : (1) The internet WIFI connection is failing a lot. Made it hard for me to work at times. (2) It took me a while to find the right building. (3) The walk to the metro at night is somewhat uncomfortable because it is mostly a business area so very empty at night.
