  : Very spacious and well maintained space. Great price for the amount of space - can easily fit a couple and two single people in the three bedrooms. Quiet location but still close enough to the centre of the city and a walkable distance to Eixample. Friendly staff.
  : There was a constant light smell of sewage in the main hall of the building as well as the bathroom. Noise isolation in the building could be better. With people coming and going at all hours (one night there was a family coming in at 2:30 AM, while someone above us was getting ready for work at 6:30 AM..) it was hard to get a good sleep without very strong earplugs. The flat is equipped with a base level of amenities, however if any of them run out, a note in the space reminds us that are expected to refill them ourselves.

  : Kitchen could use some basics (salt, pepper, oil); the apartment was very hot; showerhead had significant buildup meaning the spray was erratic; dishcloth was dirty
