: Loved being able to communicate with the company over WhatsApp. They were very responsive and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The apartment is a fantastic value and very spacious. The showers are small but we made do, we were just happy there were 2 bathrooms. Great location with a metro and shops/eateries nearby
: There is only AC in the main living room and one bedroom. It got hot in other rooms

: I rented this place based on the description that had air condition. The location and apartment was great but when I arrived there were only 2 rooms out of the 4 had AC and one was broken, it looked old. They gave us fans which are not ACs. It took them 4 days to send some service people to check the unit for them to say it was broken and another few days to say "sorry but it will not be changed" They offered me 10% discount but I did not care for the money I wanted to be comfortable. It was hell sitting in the living room, flying fans that only move around hor air.They decided to change the unit 2 days prior to my leave.The refrigerator did not cool enough and they came to say because I had a lot of food in it!! I had food that went rotten. The freezer worked fine.The range worked sometimes and sometimes did not. My son burned his fingers because the instructions were not displayed.The only room that had AC had broken lights.I got my refund but that did to satisfy the fact that those days temperature in Barcelona was extremely high.They should have the AC working and checked before they rent. The advertise it with AC and fans are not AC.I kept getting apologies but that did not make us feel cool.I will not recommend this place until you are sure things are fixed.

: The windows are too old to block any noise, so generally we felt like living on the street, horrible that I cannot fall asleep and so was my mom and dad. Avoid if you can.

: Excellent size for larger groups. Easy communication with host to arrange key collection. Great size living area with large dining table and sofas. Good location , close to metro , very easy to access city locations and to make airport transfer (L9 + L5). Many main sites walkable within 20 - 30 mins if weather nice. Close to restaurants, bars ,bakery for all price ranges. Lidl supermarket less than 10 mins walk.
: Need better sound proofing from traffic outside, avenue diagonal has 8 lanes of traffic. Not a problem if just using as a base but other locations may be more tranquil. Probably not quite 4 star, showers need a good clean, beds very, very budget.
