  : Was really nice to go and relax after a day of hiking. The room was just as expected, nothing extra, but what you need after a day outside.
  : The welcoming wasn't amazing (the room wasn't ready just one hour before the official time, didn't get any parking but the desk didn't remind us that we needed to pre book so just thought they were not meeting what was written on Booking and we had to get our luggage ourselves to the luggage room which was next to the bins area so the smell wasn't great); but the breakfast the next day was really great, in the brand new section of the hotel. The spa was very old (dripping water from the roof when in the swimming pool) but that was notified in the details of the booking so no surprise.

  : Kid activities were closed. The service is puzzling. Apart from one professional lady at arrival, Staff is acting like you are stealing their time and you shouldn't be here. I understand it's hard to recruit nowadays but damn those people do not make you feel welcome. The price is good, but in the future, I will pay more not to deal with such rudeness and arrogance. Passive aggressiveness all along for polite simple questions. Heavy stares when you go to the wrong table even when they said go wherever you want. I went to ask, is something wrong (because of the stares)? Then they rudely told me I was at the wrong table, I asked puzzled why didn't they say so initially? They, I kid you not, rolled their eyes to my face. After leaving frustrated, my partner told me that it was in fact, after all, hilarious. And thinking about it now, that's fair, better laugh about it. That said, I will never go back. Facilities are great. Location too. Know that you have to clean up your room and go to the underground to dump your bin bags (it looks awful but is hidden from view). Know not to expect a great welcome and it would be a good stay.

  : Very clean and centrally located.
  : The spaces for parking in the garage were too small and meant that I had to park across two spaces in order to be able to get out of my car. Fortunately it appeared that no one was allocated the space next to mine during our stay so that did not cause a problem.The spa had some good facilities but was in need of attention - many of the ceiling tiles were missing and others were stained and looked unpleasant.

  : Rooms were pretty small in the apartment. Facilties were often unmanned or overbooked such that you couldn't access them including rooftop bar (not on actual roof of top floor), spa massages, parking.
