  : Very friendly and accommodating staff, making up for some of the shortcomings of the facilities. We checked in late in the evening and had to ask for a room change twice. The first room smelled of sewer, while the second one reeked of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. The receptionist was very apologetic and ended up "upgrading" us to a room with a king bed and a hot tub (even though we preferred a room with the two queen beds we had booked, but the hotel had no other such rooms available). We were able to move to a room with two queen beds after the first night. The breakfast was good, including a limited range of hot items. We did not use the pool, which seemed to be very popular with families with small children, and hence rather crowded. They looked like they were very much enjoying themselves.
  : Aside from the issues with the two rooms we were shown initially, we had no other issues. The hotel facilities are getting a bit old, but the room we ended up staying in was clean and pleasant.

  : The price was good, room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There were multiple places to eat in walking distance.
  : The freezer in the refrigerator did not work properly.The towels never smelled clean, but I think that had to do with the humidity because they never got the chance to dry.

  : The mattress was firm but very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.
  : Some items were missing from the breakfast (milk & syrup) even when I went there right after it opened.
