  : We did not expect such a wonderful club. A truly exceptional property with unusual charm! Great staff, perfect food and a beautiful island... a really great vacation!
  : we were perhaps surprised by the rules at the pool (swimming cap, nothing is allowed to eat or drink and no smoking at all, and finally the opening hours from 9:00 to 19:00), but in the end we got used to it. The rooms are without air conditioning... we had to get used to it for a while, but we slept quite well with the window open.

  : Nice location, with a nice very well managed park and beautiful terraces.The swimmingpool looks nice but, couldnt get to access it.The covered parking was a plus.
  : The extra charge for the swimmingpool was not mentioned in my booking, as Booking.com stated several times as well. However the property wouldn't let us use it, as they insisted it was extra. Given the misunderstanding they didn't make any effort to collaborate and left us without the access to the swimmingpool, for a total of 9 nights. We found it quite a deceitful behaviour. Not to mention the different misunderstands of explanations among the different receptionists. We had the impression they didn't pass on information.We stayed 9 nights and they provided only new bathtowels while new bedlinen and bath carpet were provided only upon extra pay (??). I assumed them to be included for so many nights, or anyway considered them included being a 4 star property, in the middle of the stay.In the park there isn't a single bench or alike. It would be very much appreciated, given how big it is.The privacy between the apartments is quite delicate. I suggest to grow higher and thicker plants.The room was not top clean, the floor and the bath especially.The wooden box in the terrace was basically rotten and broke into pieces by barely touching it.

  : The walking distance to the beach is longer than indicated on the booking webpage, and it was a problem considering we were on vacation with 2 little children. Approximity to the beach was the main reason why I booked this residence. There was no shower gel or shampoo, just a few small pieces of sope, which also surprised us when we arrived; the place didn't provide these items, so we had to go shopping after we arrived.

  : Very friendly service. The mattress was worn out, but was replaced with a new mattress within an hour upon request.
  : The bathroom looked quite worn (e.g. rusty spots in the bathtub).

  : We all loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. It is quite simple and basic but very comfortable and has everything you need. The public spaces and landscaping is gorgeous and really well maintained. The rooms are big, clean and although basic they are comfortable. Breakfast is really good with a big selection and served under olive trees. The pool area is huge, lots of beds and well managed. Although you have to wear a swim hat, after you get used to this it isn't a problem. I would stay here again for sure, a really unique find.
  : What the hotel offers could be made clearer and easier to book like the on site massages and bike hire.

  : Location and the surrounding gardens where nice. The pool is great and a good size. The apartments are quite.
  : OK honestly I was disappointed from the whole experience. First the welcome was poor and not cheerful at all the reception is like office where you have to wait to be greeted from rather joyless staff. In general you hardly see any kind staff around during my whole stay and when you meet someone they just ignore you or tell you what not to do. The Restaurant in centre of the complex is mostly over booked and it hard to get a place. Also for coffee in the morning the waiting times are ridiculous . The apartment are very dated and look like out of the 80s room have no charm and are white plain white old appliances , broken loose plugs uncomfortable tables and chairs. The bathroom was the worst I encountered the the bath tub was so old and marked it could only feature in a antik market. The door feel unsafe and the looks are complicated. The kitchen is to small and very poor and basic equipped .The pool is looking great but there is no fun to have they let you wear those swimming caps so everyone is looking like a foul and jumping is not allowed. Pool also is closing far too early. NEVER AGAIN

  : The whole grounds are stunning, and the views in the locations are beautiful. Perfect scenery for relaxing. The pool area is amazing, exactly like the pictures.Our apartment was very clean when we got there.
  : The restaurant - we ate there on our first night. The food wasn't bad but wasn't amazing, either. Overpriced. However the staff was really lovely.

  : The location is beautiful surrounded by a typical Italian landscape. It was very conevnient to have a garage for the car just below the apartment. The restaurant inside the Residenza is highly recommendable and perfect for a night to stay in.
  : You have to pay additonally to access the pool. The wifi is not working very well. The furniture and equipment is quite old and out of days.
