  : Fantastic location and fantastic hosts trying to cater all our needs. Parking was possible in front of the hotel. Amazing breakfast.
  : Our booked "double room" was in reality a room for 3 persons with a double bed and an additional single bed. Due to the extra bed, the available space, e.g. for luggage, was just too cramped. Our room was at the upper floor, where the bathroom was under a tilted roof. With my 1.82 meters, I was able to stand straight only approx. half of the bathroom and the other half had to stoop, which was somewhat annoying. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room (which most other hotels did offer during our 2+ weeks stay in Turkey).

  : Large rooms, with a great view of the lake from our private terrace. All the rooms had a lake view. The pension was not very full during our visit, and the host generously gave us a family suite: 2 rooms, one with a small dining table and a refrigerator, and 2 bathrooms. Very nice! The furnishings were old-fashioned, but they were scrupulously clean and thoughtfully provisioned. The hosts could not be more accommodating, they obviously take a lot of pride in their pension and the service they provide. They prepared a beautiful fresh breakfast for us. It was a tranquil place to relax, and good restaurants were close by. If you are there on a Thursday morning, dont miss the local farmers market just down the road under the old castle.
  : The AC in our room was very weak, it did not blow at all. Not a problem in May but it might be in the hotter season. They dont accept credit cards, so be prepared with cash.
