  : Room was very good and location was excellent. 12min walk from the ldeniz beach. There was a good entertainment at night. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options in the buffet. The restaurant staff was really helpful and friendly. They also provided a good book selection to borrow and read.
  : The reception staff needs to be changed, very unprofessional and not helpful. They couldn't provide any help on which tour or company to choose to do external activities. We were not lucky with any of the reception staff members. They were only good with out of the box functionalities such as giving us beach towels.

  : The hotel is very nice. The premises are very well presented, with excellent design and decor. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is very good, including the breakfast. The staff are friendly and polite. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic.
  : The service can be slow and some of the staff beyond the reception struggle with basic english. The gym could do with air conditioning installed.

  : Not the fault of the hotel but guests should be aware that there is a hotel next door that plays loud (awful!) music / bingo from about 21.30 each night. Near the mosque so the call to prayer is also quite loud in the morning, again, not the fault of the hotel. White noise helps at night :)

  : The facilities were okay but not the best.
  : When we reached late night, we were not welcomed at all and the reception staff was extremely rude and hostile towards us. We requested him to recommend a place to find food since it was late night and hotel room service was closed already. The reception guy saif he cant help us. We need to find on our own. He was not helpful or welcoming. Through put our stay we didnt get any support from reception even when we requested for adapters or places to visit. We had a really horrible time just because the hotel didnt know how yo welcome the guest and make their stay comfortable. Food was very basic in the hotel but extremely expensive m. We will definitely not go back to this place.

  : - Rooms were great, slightly smaller than the pictures but nothing serious, Jacuzzi in the room worked excellently (Honeymoon Room) - Staff is excellent ! - Location is lovely, about a few 12 min walk to the beachfront. - Looks like the pictures! Everything is well maintained. - Breakfast is quite good.
  : - 2 lights in the room didnt work (small ones so not a big deal) and the mini fridge was disconnected so I had to connect it myself, it worked well thereafter. - Lunch & Dinner options are good only if you are looking for non-Turkish food. There are no good Turkish food options. Please add these, I will be eating so much more if you did. - Please dont sell the massage packages to me every single day when Im eating breakfast. I was annoyed, other guests were clearly annoyed, Ive just woken up I dont want to be sold in my own hotel!
