: Beautiful beach area. Stunning views. Dinner at the hotel was very good and would recommend it.
: Check in instructions could have been a bit clearer.

: amazing private beach just below the room and beautiful views from anywhere you seat. they also rent a sap and snorkeling gear.
: we ordered the loft with the balcony and sea view. when we arrived the receptionist announced that we got "promoted" into a better room on the third floor. the room was not better at all (it was just a family room with another small room for children), and when we asked to get the room we've ordered, we've been told that the air-conditioning don't work and this is why they changed our room. we didn't want to stay in the other room which is not suitable for a couple and asked for a refund. then started a long conversation with the receptionist that insist that the other room he offered us was more expensive and therefore there is no chance that we will get refund as he is inline with the booking policy. we asked to speak with the manager and only after a few hours he confirmed the refund for the room with no air-conditioning in which we stayed. the whole customer service and experience was really bad and very not suitable for a 4 stars hotel. apart from that, the hotel rooms are very old, towels was old and had stains, the tap water tasted weird, the hotel is 2.5 kilometers from town and there is no shuttle service as in other similar places we've stayed at. all in all, the beach and view are really breath taking but other than that this is not a 4 stars hotel and not value for money.

: The sea views were beautiful.. The private swimming area at the sea was nice as the sea temperature was perfect.. The swimming pool area was very quiet and large with plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were cleaned every day.
: This is more like a 3 star hotel. Some of the staff were rude and grumpy. Especially in the restaurant. The breakfast selection was poor, they stopped replenishing the food after 9.30 and everything was cleared away at 10am on the dot. If we were still finishing our breakfast/coffee at 10.15 we were told to hurry up and move out of the terrace/restaurant. Taxi's in and out of cefalu Town (2km away)were 20 each way!!!!! We had 2 small kids and 2 grandparents with us so walking 25 minutes each way to get to restaurants in the evening wasn't and option. We had to pay 20 cash deposit per towel!!! There were no lights in the corridor which lead to our room during the day leaving us in pitch black and we had to use our phone torches to find our room/key etc. The TV didn't work either
