  : I liked the view, but there wasn't really service in the hotel. It was more like a motel, the reception was closed early and opened late, it was more like a 3 star hotel then 5. I thought it was rather overpriced. The pillows were wonderful, and they had a fridge and microwaves in the rooms.
  : I have not recieved my deposit back after 2 days of leaving, the bed was a bit hard for me. I think I would have enjoyed the 2nd floor more. The hotel was very close to the street, so as you see the beautiful view, you see cars passing by. We stayed for two nights, and thry didn't clean the room on the second day. Also the shampoo and conditioner was only 1 sache. I think I had a lot higher expectation for a staycation with my husband.

  : We stay at this Inn twice a year on our trips back & forth from Florida to Michigan. The rooms are nice, clean, and staff has always been cheerful, helpful. We'll definitely be back.
  : The Inn has no control over this, but traffic noise had been much worse this stay than in previous times. More motorcycles & cars with loud mufflers (I've never understood the need for that personally).

  : We like this place so much that it has become a regular stop for us when we travel from St Louis to our daughter's family in Cleveland. This was our 6th visit and there will be more.

  : It was right across the Grand Lake, had a little patio you could sit out and view the lake
  : Could say little things, but location was everything, and that was perfect.

  : All the spiders. TV was poor selection of channels.
