: A beautiful house with a beautiful garden. Close to Pisa & Lucca and only 30 minutes from the beach. Its really dog and child friendly. the 3 bedroom appartement was really clean and spacious. The owners are really nice and you can ask them anything. We had a beautiful holiday. Good to know; you need a car at this location. no supermarkets or restaurants are on walking distance.
: The breakfast was only sweet and for two weeks every day the same. I know Italian breakfast is sweet but in two weeks it would be good to have sometimes a small change or some cheese/meat/tomato/egg. But beside this it was great!

: Serena was very accommodating, always made a nice breakfast and gave valuable tips of nice places to visit. White Sand Beach in Vada Livorno definitely worth a visit and not too far and a restaurant just 4min away called Osteria dei Vecchi Sapori in Lorenzana was brilliant. Its a nice and peaceful accommodation in the mountains surrounded by trees and fields. Dogs are welcome. Thats was also a super duper plus point.
: There were still some maintenance constructions around the property. But it is needed to maintain the place. So not really something to complain about.

: Loved the tranquility of this villa. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the veranda by our room. Very clean and Serena was wonderfully helpful to enjoy the area. Small kitchen available. Morning breakfast was great! No issues with the wifi and parking on-site. Close to Pisa, Luca and even Florence. Pool and yard to enjoy.
: No grocery store close by but with a car its not a big issue.

: Great and quiet location, nice garden, beautiful pool, furbished chteau-like furniture. Our host Serena was kind and attentive.
: Location is in the countryside, so some mosquitoes are to be expected.

: Beautiful villa, decorated with a lot of thought and with a fantastic view over the valley. Serena was super friendly, kind and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We even got some homemade traditional Easter cake for breakfast. Thank you!
: The only thing I can think of is that there is no outdoor space in the apartment (balcony/terrace) and it can be a bit dark. This is clearly visible on the pictures and in the description though
