  : We thought the entertainment was very good, albeit all in italian, my children tried to understand what was happening! It rained one day and the pool closed so no entertainment was put on that day leaving the kids bored. However the entertainment resumed that evening.
  : The pictures of the accommodation are deceiving! The house we stayed in was much smaller than we expected. So for a family of four it was quite a tight squeeze! Could also do with more household items as we were given one teatowel, but no sponges or washing up liquid to wash up with. Making us buy these items in the shop at a premium. The reception staff at night were quite hostile sometimes and I'm sorry to say but not very intelligent. Fior example when I explained in italian that I had left my ticket and couldn't get through the barrier to then show my keys to prove that we were staying at the camp site. The receptionist insisted that I wait and then got out a map to show me how I could find my house. I explained that I already knew where it was but he kept saying to wait and ignored my pleas. Even the other receptionist told me to be quiet and calm down! Eventually another guest came along and let us through as we had two young children, with one asleep in our arms as it was late! The receptionist still looked very confused! He clearly didn't understand what we wanted to do but it was very obvious that we couldn't get through the barrier.When we came to leave my italian friend asked if she could pick us up with her car and leave her ID with reception. As I was alone with two children and all our luggage. The receptionist was very rude to her and told her she wasn't allowed to enter and got us a small buggy instead to take us to the reception. Previously my friend was allowed to take us in with our luggage on arrival and drop us off a few times. So I think there needs to be clarification between the staff as to what is and isn't allowed! I think the camp site is a little dated now and could do with a revamp to modernise it. I don't think we would return again.

  : The maintenance of the roads and public spaces was not great

  : Great location works close proximity to Cervia, Rimini, Ravenna, number of parks and promenades.Clean houses, good playground, and close to the beach and few pools.
  : Dishwasher machines would make our stay even more comfortable :-)

  : very friendly welcome by person at reception. the village has a lot of facilities. we were there off season so no kids club or entertainment were available we still had a very good staytheres a small grocer and restaurant on site
  : there is no iron or kettle in the mobile home or in the whole village.being self catering one has to provide himself cleaning products and cloths hairdryer not available but reception has one that we borrowed

  : the pool: they charge extra for sun beds and play loud music when sometimes all customers want is some quite time to relax and enjoy the pool
