  : The staff was pleasant, after waiting 15 minutes for them to come to desk!
  : There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom, entrance card didn't always work.

  : Staff was friendly. Price was better than area hotels.
  : Local taxes changed (increased) without so much as a courtesy notification to me. Door lock was difficult to operate. Didn't have towels for the five guests they knew were coming. Room fixtures were very dated. There was a giant (fist?) hole in the bathroom door. Wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom wall above the shower; it looked to have mold underneath it. One of our wash clothes looked like it had been used by a local mechanic to wipe the grease off their hands. There were holes in the wall where the shower curtain rod has previously been. There were also holes in the wall, above the beds, presumably from the missing pictures. The bed linens didn't match; one bed had flannel sheets and a heavy blanket on it while the other had regular sheets and a stained comforter. There were odd stains we noticed on the mattress/box spring covers. The freezer needed to be defrosted. The toilet was loud and the flushing mechanism would stick nearly every time it was flushed; had to jiggle it repeatedly to get it to stop running. The 1 washing machine was broken and there was no ETA for it being fixed. The phone in the room didn't work. And lastly, cars, without visible handicapped stickers/placards, repeatedly parked in/on the identified (blue) handicapped parking spaces.

  : I think this hotel is underrated and it's a very good value for the money. I kept leaving my cards in the room or losing my cards and the staff was really nice and patient with me about it. The room is very large and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed everything about the room except for one thing.
  : I didn't like that the lock on the door, even though it worked, the top lock was broken and did not work. The only lock that worked was the bolt and if you weren't careful, then the door wouldn't close properly. This caused some frustration and made me a little worried about safety. This is something they should fix right away but it looks like it hasn't been fixed for a long time, and in fact, there was a Q-tip in the lock, when I first came in as if someone had tried to use self help to fix it. This is not really acceptable.

  : The shower had some exposed wall paper with a tiny bit of mold but I only stayed for 3 days and the price was very nice for this 58 yr old guy stayed in much worse
