  : Very well equipped hotel. The spa was especially relaxing as you get to book your own hour slot. Room was comfortable and spacious with very little noise. Staff were also attentive and very willing to help.
  : Parking situation was a little confusing as you have to drive through a pedestrianised street. We also has a slight issue with the shower which overflowed into the bathroom.

  : The hotel was clearly overpriced considering the quality and size of the room provided. The room itself was quite small, and also the bed.Additionally, I was taken aback when the hotel manager requested an additional 250 euros to be frozen on my credit card as a security deposit. It was disappointing to be presented with this request after the initial booking had been made and paid for.Furthermore, the breakfast offered at the hotel was not up to the standards I have come to expect. For an average price of 25 euros, I anticipated a standard buffet with some variety of choices and the ability to eat as much as I desired. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was served at the table, with limited options. The fruit salad provided was extremely small. It was unexpected to be charged an additional 10 euros for an omelette or any other item not served at the table. This pricing structure seemed unreasonable and detracted from my overall breakfast experience.One area that particularly stood out was the cheese plateau. Being in the renowned cheese region of Savoie, the cheese plateau consisted of just five tiny slices of local cheese. Additionally, the portion of ham provided for two people was also sparse.Lastly, the sauna on the top floor. I understand that it may need to be switched off when not in use, but requiring a 30-minute advance booking just to heat it up seems excessive. This created an inconvenience for guests who may have wanted to enjoy the sauna spontaneously.Overall, it was a disappointed and underwhelmed experience. There were clear indications that cost-cutting measures were being implemented throughout the hotel, which did not align with the target clientele aimed to attract.

  : This is the most wonderful little hotel. Everything was wonderful- the comfort, design, and little treats. Strongly recommended for a romantic getaway
  : The breakfast was expensive and simple- with any additional dish at an added cost. Everything else was wonderful

  : I've booked for 2 nights for 5 people in 3 rooms The hotel, crew and accomodations were very nice. The dinner was amazing, even if I only ate 2 dishes of 6 course menu. One of the best breakfasts I ever had.
  : On the first night, during the dinner in the hotel, I got very sick and went to the hospital in an ambulance. It had nothing to do with the food. Next morning all 5 of us left because of my health problems. They didn't want to pay us back the second night. I never had such an experience in 5 star hotels during the last 15 years. Once we left for a broken leg on a ski holiday and the other one was for someone's mother who past away. Both of them did a refund. Because of that we came back for other holidays. To the owner of the hotel: Life is not only about money. It's also about humanity, helping other people, showing respect,... In the long term this positive karma will always pay off.
