  : On Arrival we grabbed a beer at the Little Box Restaurant which is located in the same block, I ran around the corner and collected the keys from the office. The staff were very helpful and polite. The Ski shop on the ground floor was very convenient and they offered a discount too for staying in the Apartment block. It's located in Chamonix Sud and the bus stop is across the street, a real no brainer for getting to all the ski resorts. The centre of town is only 5 min walk with great shops and bars. The Apartment is compact, but don't let that put you off, it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but there are so many restaurants in Chamonix so there's not need to cook. The views from the apartment are stunning, you can see G Montets, Le Tour, Le Flegere etc from the window. My wife had to work for 2 afternoons in a video conference and the wifi was very stable and fast enough so 10 out 10 for the broadband connection. We would definitely stay there again

  : We had a small 1-bedroom apartment, the wall between the rooms was really thin, and the whole place was not particularly spacious. The internet was not too reliable.

  : The location was great.
  : The house was dirty generally. The sofa in the leaving room was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Host wasnt providing any consumables (bin bags, toilet rolls) we had to buy from the shop 30 bags to use one. Room wasnt clean or bed shits werent change on a week time. Host was forcing you to clean half of the room yourself before you check out.

  : Great location , bus lift to Le Brevents, Le Planardes in front of the building, and some of the buses coming from Geneva Airport. Accessible to town centre, Aguille de Midi 3-4 min walk, 7 minutes walk to Carrefour market.I liked the kitchen, though it could use a hood extractor. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the view was amazing, and it was quiet. Extra plus on free tickets to the bus rides when checking in the office. Great food on the brasserie near the ski rental place. I would recommend renting ski equipment from the shop downstairs as you have 20% discount if you rent the apartments from the building.
  : The apartment is quite old, and some spots were really dusty, especially under the bed. I am allergic to it so easily spotted during my stay. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and it would need a change as it is old and pretty used, it looks quite bad and dirty.It would be more suitable for a couple rather than family with 1 child, as the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on if opened. My husband had pretty bad sleep over the 6 nights we stayed. The instructions on finding the office weren't too accurate. Even the taxi driver found it difficult to find it. Also, we weren't given a set of keys to use the lockers for the ski equipment as it said on the check-in info so we had to carry ot to the room as we weren't able to get hold on to anyone in the ofifce by phone. . We gave up in the end.Also, I find it strange that in the instructions to check out, we had to stripe the beds off the sheets, I do understand that we have to leave the apartment in good condition but cleaning it should not be part of our duty as a guest, that's should be reconsidered. Over all it's wasn't too bad, but I would reconsider renting this accommodation again. There are other places/hotels for the same price but better facilities.

  : Agency taking care about the property is fantastic, great communication, great instructions about the property, really good job! Washing machine is a big plus. Great location. Parking spaces. Property itself was OK for couple of nights for 2-3 persons.
  : Internet was really bad, on average 6-20Mbps. Internet could barely keep up with 2 devices working simultaneously. Due to the internet speed in some days Netflix worked, in other it didn't. 1 toilet paper and 1 garbage plastic bag provided at the property, that's not enough. No washing liquids available, not even a single capsule.
