  : The flat is not quiet at all. You can hear neighbours internet box ventilates heavily There is a Permanent noisy INVISIBLE clock in electrical cabinet The area is not quiet as you've a lot of Traffic Also, Recycling bins are located just below the windowsConsequently Municipal trucks come to empty them sometimes several times a day between 5am and 7am.You also have local noisy deliveries early in the morningAir extractor in living room is stuck, dirty and noisyIn bathroom, dirty as well I found several pages with details of a booking dated 27/09/21, which would not imply a thorough cleaning either I never sleep with ear plugs as I'm not a noise sensitive person but there, even with protection, sleep is not smooth Having Two separate single beds is not comfy No ski storage is very inconvenient and brings a lot of noise to the whole building as other flats also lack it so people come and go with ski boots... The Wi-Fi is weak, you'll have a better connection in any bar or restaurant There is a Strong cooking smell in flat and building everyday, probably coming from the bakery chain downstairs The flat has No shutters, only curtainsOne heater was not working when I checked in so struggle to reach a decent temperature Finally, not providing bed protection is unacceptable, all the more so in times of a pandemicTV plug will soon be out of service as already twisted I did not have WiFi one morning as bill not paid according to provider, although they said they did. Signal came back shortly after but why wait for the last day to pay a 20 bill? This is not professional! Conclusion : the studio is too noisy, not being taken care of professionnaly and too expensive even for high season in Chamonix. You'll easily find more satisfying options elsewhere

  : The host is nice, reachable and helpful. Great kitchen kit and you can cook when you stay at Chamonix! Beautiful view from the window outside. Nice location, just in the city center, where you have the local market on Saturday, near the supermarket, near the biggest library in Chamonix, near the concert hall so you can plan the nightlife. BTW the bakery understairs is fabulous!
  : There are bed bugs on the bed. The internet isn't working well. The pillows are a bit dirty.

  : Very good location near the centre of Chamonix. Very nice for a single traveller. Good cooking facilities: 4 ring hob and real oven. Excellent information from, and good communication with, hosts.
  : No wifi (clearly stated beforehand, but why nowadays?). Some discrepancy between Booking,com description and the apartment's own description (oven rather than microwave, wifi). The hosts' description was always correct. Would be a bit cramped for two but still good value.

  : The location is great with easy access to anything in town, and a bus stop to get around town or outside Chamonix. The host/company is readily available and helpful (via whatsapp).
  : It's small. I was only one person so it was comfortable, but I think it would be tight with two. (It's pretty much exactly what you see in the photos, so fairly/accurately represented here, and you're outside most of the time anyway.)
