  : - Management company very responsive when it came to: unclogging shower, fixing dishwasher, providing info on where to find lockers, etc. action was taken same or next day - Property has an allocated, safe and private parking.- Very good location, close to town centre and bus stops to ski gondolas.
  : Listing provides misleading information on many aspects (read below):- Lack of basic kitchen utensils: no bread knife, no spatula, no kettle (was provided by agency later), no oven (in case youre buying pre-cooked pizza in supermarket), etc. Expect basic amenities. Sofa-bed only works as sofa (we tried to convert it to bed but the pieces are so worn off that it disassembles quickly as soon as you start pulling it. Dishwasher: not in working order (it was fixed the next day we messaged the agency)- No soundproofing: you can hear everyone walking, there is an alarm beeping outside the flat that you hear all night long- Collect keys from happy rentals office: 30min walk to property considering the narrow & uneven paths and carrying 4-5 bags as we were carrying our skis. (Rental management company said it was just 15min, alternatively they could hand us the keys at the property for 30.- Instructions to collect keys from office not correct: one document said code was XXXX#, the SMS I received said it was XXXX*- Same issue with checkout, if youre being picked up by the transfer near the property, you still need to walk to the office to drop the keys. (Even though many flats in the building have a key locker). Alternatively, they mentioned we could leave the keys at the property for 15 instead of dropping them at the agency. There is no place to leave the bags if you have a later transfer (agency recommended a tobacco shop that works with their guests for 4/piece, but when we went they werent taking any other bags)- Ski locker is not really private: theres a room after the main building entrance (door sometimes doesnt lock), many flats have their allocated ski locker with lock, but for this one you just have to leave your stuff free standing as it doesnt have an allocated space. So youll just have to carry your things to the flat (which is already small enough) for extra security

  : This apartment did not tell us (no written information) that the office to pick up the key was 15 min walk away from the apartment inself. We never would have booked this had we known. . We went to the apartment address, called the number on the booking paper we had. We were given the wrong code to enter the outside apartment building door (luckily, a couple coming out of the apartment gave us the correct code so we could leave our luggage there). We are in our 70's and had heavy luggage, and were traveling by foot (no car). There was no offer to bring the key to us, When we finally made iit to the office, the key box did not work, but luckily, a woman in the closed office saw our situation and helped us. We are over 6' tall and no info about the size of the bdrm was given (way tooo small). We had to make-shift another bed using the pull-out truffel bed under the couch. Also, the toilet seat was loose - you couln't sit on it for fear of falling off! Being so uncomfortable, we decided to leave early Tues morning. We called Mon to let the office know, and they said they'd ask for a refund (which was denied!) and to leave the key on the kitchen table in the apartment, which we did. We received an email of denial for a refund and a call at 11 AM asking for the key, which we told the office woman we left on Tues morning in the aprartment. All is in, it was a terrible experience and we are going to report these problems on line so no one else has to have this lack of communication and lack of compassion and lack of service.
