  : 1. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were good and the arrangement for ski storage was good. 2. Matthieu and Irena were helpful, friendly and efficient - excellent ambassadors for Lagrange. 3. Plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our holiday but the appt could have better equipped- see observations below.
  : These comments are intended to be constructive. 1. Not having a one week welcome package: washing up liquid, cloths to wipe surfaces, squeeze sponge for washing up and cleaning pans, dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper, surface cleaner. Having paid quite a lot to rent the appt it was annoying to have to go out and purchase these items. This pack would make visitors feel more welcome, particularly those flying out rather than driving. 2. Until our booking was confirmed there was no indication the pool was out of action and nothing indicated this on the website. Our children would have loved to use the pool. 3. Some of the kitchen equipment had been used for cooking eg salad spoon and so had melted. Matthieu replaced this and the colander. A nuisance nevertheless. Reason - no wooden spoon or anything appropriate for stirring whilst cooking. Also, more than one chopping board needed. Suggestion: have an inventory of what visitors can expect to have in the appt. and include such items. Also, think what utensils visitors need to use for basic cooking - what would you like and expect for you and your family? 4. We had no idea there would 2 double beds rather than single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Having 2 boys this was not ideal. 2 singles can be pushed together and made into a double, a double cannot be changed to singles!!5. In the 21st century not having access to free WiFi is amazing in Europe. Again, would make visitors feel more welcome and need not cost a huge amount to the management. 6. Is it worth considering a DVD player in the appts? We brought DVDs.

  : Clean;We had a great Mont Blanc view;Well equipped kitchen;
  : Window ventilation system - pretty windy ...Mont Blanc view is packed with the railway sound... The view of the train is not bad...but it starts pretty early and the soundproof of the Windows is close to zero.

  : Duplex apartment, but stairs to go upstairs were very steep, and you couldnt move around upstairs standing upright because of all the solid beams. Cant count how many times someone wacked their head.No WiFi available (and if it was there was a charge). Parking is available at a cost. Not as we expected for the cost.

  : Great location. Right next to bus and train. Patisserie near by for fresh breakfast. Kitchen facilities good.

  : The hotel is comfortable and well located. The living area was large, light and a nice area to share as a family. It was clean and had good storage. We enjoyed our stay overall. Our expectations for ski accommodation are generally fairly low considering the cost and this rated well compared to some other places we have tried.
  : The childrens bunks were in a very small room (cave area) that was barely wide enough to walk beside the bunks and had no window and poor ventilation. It was so hot in the room that our daughter could not sleep on the top bunk and spent the week on the lounge sofa. This was manageable but not the arrangement we expected. The bathroom was also ok - definitely clean - but was ready for a refit: old, cracked tiles in places and the sauna is unnecessary (space would be much better used to increase the size of the bunk area).

  : Location, right Infront of bus stop, or 10 min walk to main lift in Argentiere, the slope here is really amazing, we like it much more then in Shamonix, especially the red route which is goes down to main lift and bus stop. The staff was very friendly and did everything we asked them, and we asked a lot! At the end of staying we find out, that can skef then also some kitchen and cooking staff like oil, salt which left by previous tourists.
  : We thought that there should be the indoor pool, according to information on page, and no warning below as usual hotel left, if theirs pool is temporarily closed. So we find the info that pool is closed only in confirmation, but was to late to cancel property. Very small and uncomfortable beds. No proper dry room for ski staff and wet clothes, but may be it is usual for France
