: Spacious and many windows to air out the place.
: The residence is right on a park and many people are in the park until late. One night there was a couple drinking beers right under the window which was loud and kept us up. When we tried to close the window, the room got too hot. Recommend a fan being put in room in the event of needing to close the window (for the summer months)

: It would be great to have a washing machine instead of a dish washer as it is most practical for travellers staying for a few days and travelling light.Would be good to have extra trash bags too.

: Great facilities - fully stocked kitchen. Excellent location - right in Chamonix centre, and a very short walk to the Chamonix Centre bus stop.

: Location is fantastic. Just 50' off Rue du Paccard, the commercial hub of the valley. And quiet too. Centre Chamonix bus stop is very close. This makes travel up and down the valley to the ski resorts very easy.
: Carpets were not as clean as they might have been. The vacuum cleaner looked clogged up with hair and dust. The toilet paper holder came out of the wall. The bathroom sink faucet was loose. I would recommend to the Owner to do a refresh on all Kitchen items -- plates, bowls, flatware, pots & pans. Existing items are old and rag tag. The window coverings need updating.
