: the property management. false advertisement that did not indicate there would not be any linens or towels until 30 minutes before check-in. Nothing was given until the second day. I will be avoiding all HostNFly locations in the future.

: The balcony and the location.
: The staff has either late response or no response at all. we were trying to find the parking and we couldnt find it and there was no response from their side. so, we had to find public parking each time we want to park. the reservation is very complicated, too many links and no one is working. you have to order the bed sheet and towels, the link did not work, so we could not order. we had to go to the supermarket and buy the towels. Also, we had to sleep without bed sheet, the pillows and blanket without case and that was not comfortable and was not hygienic way to stay. The building was not clean when we enter and the neighbour was not respectful at all. I have phobia from the dogs, her dog came to me, she did not take him, she left him coming to me and she kept calling me crazy several times. The location is very confusing, we spent more than 40 min to find the building as the instructions were not clear to us.I am really disappointed.
