WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas.
Spa/wellness centre is closed from Sat 04 Sept 2021 until Sat 04 Dec 2021
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet per night applies or EUR 60 per week. An end-of-stay cleaning fee is obligatory with animals.

Please note that towels are not included all year round and bed linen is not included outside of winter. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following costs:
Double bed: EUR 15 per stay
Single bed: EUR 10 per stay
Towels: EUR 7 per kit per person
There is a spa and a swimming pool inside to the residence, belong to an independant company.
The access is on extra cost.
