Please inform ibis budget Lyon Est Chaponnay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that payment is due upon arrival.

Cash and credit cards are accepted methods of payment.

Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 21:30 Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 07:30 to 21:00. Please note that an automatic check-in machine is available outside of reception opening hours. Your access code is your booking number without dots.

Please note that if you have not provided your credit card details in order to secure your reservation, your room is guaranteed only until 18:00 on the day of arrival.

Please note that extra beds or bunk beds are not made before arrival. Bed linen is provided but guests have to make their own beds.

Please note that children under 12 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate.
