  : They changed my room after the entire floor I was on was loud and partying at 1am. However, they also crammed me right in the middle of their group in the first place. They easily could have put me in the room that I ended up moving to, originally. The valets were great, super helpful and nice. As was the female night auditor, who switched my room.
  : It was way overpriced for what it was. Stayed closer to King St., 2 blocks away, at a Hostel downtown for my next 3 nights and paid the price of what 1 night at your place would be. And the Hostel should've been disappointing compared to an expensive hotel, but instead the Hostel outshone you. Your parking sucks. No one wants valets touching their rental car, and there is nowhere near enough parking for what yall charge. There are no amenities. Pool was closed. (Not that I wouldve gone in, considering how unclean the rest of the place seems.) Laundry costs money, when it should be a complimentary feature. The room I was moved to was right next to the elevator so instead of listening to a loud frat party, I got to listen to the loud ass elevator EVERY TIME someone used it. The bed in the first room was atrocious. There was an old crappy TV. The next room had a better bed and a better TV.. why not put guests in a nice room in the first place rather than a gross old one with old things in it. Yall need to work on treating others like youd like to be treated. THE PILLOWS were the WORST. They are not even standard size, and are all completely flattened, old down pillows that have been crammed into shams that are too small to try and keep them fluffy again. It doesnt work. They suck. Get pillows, for the prices yall charge, you can afford them. There was a pee stain on my "clean" toilet in my brand new room. Yall are gross. This place is gross. 10/10 would never stay again.

  : The facility was filthy. Our rooms were filthy and unsanitary. The pullout couch mattress was full of blood. The furniture was torn and broken and dirty.

  : The staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was good.
  : Room was very outdated. We found cockroaches and windows that wouldn't close, so the AC couldn't keep up. Both beds were uncomfortable, and one bed wasn't even made upon our arrival. Terrible room to charge $300 per night!! I will never stay at a comfort inn again, or trust booking,com recommendations again.
