  : It was within walking distance to the convention center and several restaurants.
  : The check in process didn't go smoothly. I did not know that there would be a $65 "incidental fee" added to the hold when we checked in. It caused delays cause I didn't have enough on my card to cover it. There was no mention of this hold on the app. The parking was confusing as well. It's a parking garage, if you use the complimentary valet parking they will charge $25 with that incidental fee I mentioned, if you don't use it and just park on your own it will be $30 you pay when leaving. There were two different elevators you had to use. The first one gets you to the lobby and it creaked and was very scary. The other one took you to your room. You have to use your key card to make it work and our card wasn't working right so it took us to the 10th floor, and stopped. It wouldn't open the doors and we were trapped for a few minutes. Very scary when your claustrophobic. The "free" breakfast is also a joke. It's only worth $10 so if there is two of you only one of you can eat. There were a lot choices but you had to pay for everything in advance. Very misleading when it says free continental breakfast.

  : It was a nice place to stay for a short period of time. Staff were friendly.
  : The location was a little too busy and somewhat confusing. My room didn’t have any views of the city instead I had a view of one of the HVAC systems and a brick wall.

  : Just need a little more to do downstairs for the vibe at night and update their room a little outdated. Need a microwave in the rooms as well overall a great stay just need a little fixing

  : Amazing location. Right in the heart of CLT. Modern and clean hotel. Cool lounge area in the lobby.
  : Felt a little pricey for the size of the room. TV was very old and stopped working.
