  : The breakfast was really good I did not understand the no taking food back to room policy.
  : I know the hotel is being sold to the state so some much needed repairs in the room.

  : The location was decent, we were going to the spectrum center so it was a very quick drive to downtown. The room was definitely worth what we paid. Refrigerator was super cold, kept ice cream frozen by just sitting it in the very back of fridge. The night shift worker was amazing! Super friendly and took the time to make sure our room met our needs. He was super informative about breakfast times, and where the facilities were.Checkout was great. The same night shift worker was working there. They accept cash deposits so we got the money back immediately instead of having to wait 5 to 7 business days for it to be returned to card.
  : The bathroom door, couldn't close it without maneuvering yourself around. While the bathroom was small it was okay. The door looked a little beat up. But overall pretty much what we expected for the night. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights and on the second day, after we left and came back to the room our door keys didn't work. Went to go have it fixed and the lady was extremely rude. Only asked for my name before giving the replacement key but made sure to remind us that our checkout was tomorrow. I just think the customer service could be better from the day shift staff.
