  : The entire place smelled horrible, not too clean. Hot. I just stayed one night so we dealt with it. Will not return!

  : First notices were that the halls were severely stained (brown and black spots), smells like cat pee, and dead bugs inside the light fixtures. The area is sketchy, personally interacting with creepy people and feeling uneasy, witnessing drugs deals outside of the front door. When we got to our room, the bed was missing half the sheets and pillows, and there was trash (floss picks, wrappers, dust bunnies, etc) under the bed, there was mold in the bathroom, blood stains on the ceiling, stains all over the walls, the bath tub was disgusting and grimy, the light fixtures had brown stains on them, the air conditioner had leaked so the carpet was wet for days, and the room above ours was leaking down from our ceiling. Only to find out we ALSO had a roach problem. The staff was never at the front desk, theres only one person on shift at a time and we found them out in the parking lot taking shots and hanging out with friends. I personally had to get rid of a roach for the staff member so they could go back behind the desk and continue to do their job. When these issues were brought up, the staff seemed to be fully aware of it all. With no compensation, we got moved to another room on the third floor because bugs cant climb. The elevator didnt work so we ended up having to haul up three flights of stairs with all of our stuff. The new room had their window wide open when we walked in, with a broken screen allowing even more bugs to potentially get in. Also the fridge was never cleaned so there was sticky substances and hair all over the door when you opened it (pictured). Neither of the rooms got wifi and we had to move to the parking lot to get a single bar of service. Overall this was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had.

  : The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. That includes front desk staff and housekeeping. I actually extended my stay by three weeks because I was comfortable there and they offered a good deal.A lot of options for delivery, there's a reasonably priced laundry room and dishes/pots are provided or available.It is extended stay, so scheduled housekeeping is only once a week, but trash pickup is every weekday. All in all, it's a great place to stay if you want to be independent and follow your own schedule. I would definitely stay again!
  : They were a little short-staffed, but it was handled pretty well. Also, there aren't any convenient bus stops that I was aware of, so I relied on Lyft, but that's only an issue if you don't drive. The bonus is, ride sharing arrives fairly quickly, so it isn't out of the way in that respect. It is a little confusing to find the first time though, because there are a couple of other hotels on the same road, but it's also pretty quiet.Unfortunately, the treadmill in the fitness room didn't seem to work, but I used the recumbent bike instead and still worked up a sweat
