  : I felt like the instructions for getting the keys were incomplete. I could have missed this in the instructions, but for me to get the keys, I had to drive past what looked like the main entrance to the back of the building. I did not drive past the entrance and so none of the instructions made sense for what I was seeing. To complicate matters, I was able to get into the building using a code that wasn't for the entrance. That may have been a coincidence but further added to the confusing.I had to call the telephone number I was given and thankfully whoever answered was very helpful.Also, there was no soap for the sink or shower. That was inconvenient.Lastly, there was no place to sit and eat a meal. There was room for a table and a couple of chairs. I was not eating, but that would have been very inconvenient for a guest who would want to sit down and eat.
