  : Excellent location, very very clean, and host were helpful.
  : Mattress’s..... those weren’t the best. Tried both for my two night stay and cold not get comfortable. They also didn’t have a iron but they said they were going to get one in this unit.

  : The size of the house is nice and the house is nicely decorated. House was also very clean.
  : Cleaning crew was late cleaning the house so our checkin was delayed after driving for nearly 6 hours. When I inquired about the living room blinds and the plunger location both of which were missing, I didn't recieve an answer to those inquires but recieved answers to questions with positive answers. Kitchen was stocked to make coffee but there was no actual coffee.Without a plunger, we could not fix a clogged toilet so there we were without a working toilet due to missing plunger. Location is too close to the highway and it's very noisy at all hours, just advising as there's probably nothing to done about house location.

  : The house was very clean and appeared newly finished. The initial communication with the host went well. The location is convenient, if undesirable for other reasons.
  : The house is located directly across from a freeway on-ramp and the freeway itself. It was marginally acceptable inside the house but it was extremely loud outside. You also have to drive through a deep, muddy puddle if it rains. After the original good communication with the host, he completely ignored us. The toilet seat was broken - which he acknowledged - but he didn't have it repaired during our three day stay, despite his initial promise to send someone over.

  : The house itself is very nice and matches the photos but I would never recommend this place unless the location is updated to show where the home actually is.
  : The location listed on the booking page and even given to you on the confirmation page is a lie. The house is not located in the South End area of Charlotte like listed. It is actually located about 10 min away right next to a freeway in a way less desirable neighborhood. The owner literally did not notify me of the address change until I arrived at the address on my booking confirmation. I never received anything other than the booking.com confirmation that listed a south end address, even though the owner said he was aware of the issue with the incorrect address being listed. I told the owner we were not comfortable with this new location and requested a refund since it was inaccurately listed and then he never responded. Terrible service. Also, there were no clean towels in the unit when we arrived. Looks like the cleaning service forgot to do laundry and so we would have had to use beach towels we found if we had decided to stay.
