  : The staff were nice, but ineffectual.
  : We had two rooms for three nights. Both rooms reeked of raw sewage. They were able to move one of us to a slightly better smelling room, but the other group in the second room had to live in that horrendous smell for three nights. It was truly terrible, and in fact, the entire property smells like a toilet. We were told the hotel was full, so we could not be moved. It was a known problem at the hotel, which means they knowingly rented us those rooms. They apologized and literally gave me a bottle of febreze. The only reasonable recourse would have been to move us to another hotel. You would never ask any human to sleep in that, much less pay for it. We would have paid to move except we could not afford to at such late notice. They absolutely violated every expectation that one has about what a hotel stay should be like. I have worked in the service industry and am usually pretty accepting of inconvenience, but this was just gross.

  : The general manager said she she would handle our concerns...Never returned my phone call. Staff was not trained. It was sad to see.The girl had problems with wven the simplest taste. No training at all
