: Great location. Minutes from the cathedral and right on the route to see the illuminations. Apartment was reasonably priced given the town centre location. Furnishings were present, it had what we needed for a night or two.
: We had to pick up the key from the other side of town. The apartment is very, very tired. In both bathrooms the shower head wasn't held to the wall. Some of the furniture was scuffed and broken. The handles on cupboard doors spin around. There are windows without curtains. There is a random staircase to a roof light that partially blocks one of the bedroom doors. It looks and feels more like staff accommodation, or a place that students might doss down for the night. It certainly isn't a top-quality apartment. I would say it is "cheap and cheerful" but it lacks the cheer.

: Excellent location. The apartment was clean. Really suited our needs. Comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel (where we collected and dropped off the keys) were really helpful and friendly.
: There are bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms but no separate toilet for guests sleeping downstairs. This meant they had to come into one of the bedrooms if they needed to use the toilet. This wasn't a major issue for us as it was all family but would have been beneficial to have a separate toilet.
